Kilimanjaro Flavours Ltd is a Tanzania Domiciled Company That is a Part of Better Right NOW! an organization based in the USA,that funds entities providingbenefits to society through agriculture,healthcare and education.
Kilimanjaro Flavours Ltd believes in creating value to change lives for a better world. The
company shall pursue opportunities within the communities to create a pattern-breaking
social change. Such opportunities exist in the local communities’ indigenous knowledge and thus Kilimanjaro Flavours Ltd shall seek to add value by commercializing the communities’
social activities. The Company shall invest in the local communities to improve livelihoods as
a way of giving back to the society while at the same time being mindful of the environment.
Union for the Gospel Ministries (UGM) is a Christian organization that was founded with the vision of helping vulnerable and disadvantaged children, especially rural orphan and abandoned children. Over the last 29 years and through the support of spiritually committed believers of the state of Georgia, in the United States of America, and under the faithful direction of Dr. Nathaniel Kigwila, UGM managed to materially support and spiritually guide hundreds of vulnerable and parentless children. In 2012 UGM started the LOVE IN ACTION ORPHANAGE (LIA) with the objective of assisting orphans with financial support from Mr. and Mrs. Bert Jones of Atlanta, Georgia in the USA. The initial commitment was to wholly support at least 100 children at any given time. |
Over the years it has become necessary to explore more sustainable and scalable means of support for the orphans and vulnerable in the society. The board of directors therefore decided to venture into agribusiness given that Tanzania is mainly an agrarian community with vast agricultural potential. Love in Action engaged professionals with experience and expertise in various fields to offer guidance and technical support for full establishment and operationalization of agribusiness venture. The objective of having a business entity which is sustainable and scalable to support the orphanage and other vulnerable in the society is to be attained through LIA business arm, the Kilimanjaro Flavours Ltd Company. |
